Prof. Toshiaki Aoki

Japan Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (JAIST), Japan

Professor at JAIST specialising in formal methods, verification, and safety-critical systems. He is an active member of several professional societies, including the Information Processing Society of Japan and The Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers.

Glynda Bathan-Baterina

Clean Air Asia, Philippines

Deputy Executive Director at Clean Air Asia. As a lawyer, she helped draft the Philippine Clean Air Act and has led programmes influencing clean fuel and e-mobility policies. She currently leads the GEF7 e-Mobility ASAP programme to promote electric vehicle manufacturing.

Prof. Samer Hamdar

The George Washington University, USA

Director of the Centre for Intelligent Systems Research, focusing on modelling and validating vehicular and pedestrian traffic dynamics. His work advances sustainable multimodal networks and non-motorized transport. He also co-organises the TRB events relevant to CARMONY.

Prof. Alex Skabardonis

Institute of Transportation Studies, University of California, Berkeley, USA

Renowned expert in traffic engineering, control systems, and environmental impacts of transportation. He has served on numerous advisory boards, and contributes decades of experience in intelligent traffic management.

Dr. Daishi Watabe

Saitama Institute of Technology, Japan

Professor in the Department of Information Systems. His research covers autonomous driving, biometric and 3D authentication, and sensory epistemology. Member of the Information Processing Society of Japan and the Institute of Electronics, Information and Communication Engineers.

Prof. Doo-Hwan Bae

Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology (KAIST), South Korea

Professor at KAIST and Head of the Software Engineering Group. His research focuses on model-based software engineering, process improvement, and Systems of Systems (SoS). He is also a member of the National Academy of Engineering of Korea.

Dr. Majo George

RMIT Vietnam, Vietnam

Researcher and coordinator of executive training and student internships at RMIT Vietnam. Author of over 120 publications on management, sustainability, logistics, and governance, and coach of award-winning student teams in international business competitions.

Jean Schiltz

Ministry of Economy, Luxembourg

Head of Smart Mobility at the Ministry of Economy, supporting Luxembourg’s national smart mobility ecosystem. He promotes R&D, innovation, and cross-border testing of connected and automated mobility between Luxembourg, France, and Germany.

Dr. Rahul Razdan

Razdan Research Institute, USA

CEO of Raztech Research Institute and academic with experience spanning academia, start-ups, and Fortune 500 companies. Former SVP at Flextronics and General Manager at Cadence Design Systems, his research bridges technology, policy, and innovation ecosystems.
