Deliverable D2.3 – Requirements for Simulation platforms within CARMONY project

Deliverable D2.4 – Key Performance Indicators definition and evaluation data / Appendix

This deliverable establishes the evaluation approach for the CARMONY project, addressing both the Interlinked Orchestrator and the impacts of the six project use cases implemented in Murcia and Luxembourg. Its main outcome is a consolidated and validated KPI framework that translates project objectives into measurable and operational indicators applicable to real-world pilots and simulation-based assessments. Developed through an iterative and collaborative process, the framework ensures methodological consistency, feasibility under operational constraints and comparability of results across pilots and scenarios. In addition, the deliverable defines dedicated indicators to assess the performance and reliability of the Interlinked Orchestrator as an operational service.

Deliverable D3.1 – Specifications and conceptual architecture – Initial Version

This work presents the initial conceptual architecture of the CARMONY orchestrator, providing the foundation for the development and interoperability of its different components. The document outlines the overall orchestration framework for responsive traffic management in mixed mobility environments, describing the system architecture, workflows, interfaces, and key functional layers. Deliverable D3.2 – Traffic Management Services: Initial Version

This deliverable presents the initial version of CARMONY’s traffic management services, designed to identify and anticipate traffic degradation and recommend suitable mitigation measures. D4.1 – CARMONY Governance Models: Initial Version

This deliverable establishes the initial governance framework for the CARMONY Interlinked Orchestrator. Based on literature review, stakeholder engagement and analysis of the Murcia and Luxembourg pilots, it defines preliminary actor roles, decision-making responsibilities, accountability mechanisms and data-governance requirements. The results provide a foundation for developing a transparent, trusted and human-centred orchestration system aligned with public-interest objectives.
