Our Outreach Group
The CARMONY Outreach Group (COG) is a stakeholder community established within the CARMONY project to strengthen dialogue between research, policy, industry, and operational actors involved in connected, cooperative and automated mobility (CCAM) and smart traffic management.
The COG acts as a strategic interface between the CARMONY consortium and external stakeholders, supporting the relevance, transferability, and real-world uptake of project results across Europe and beyond.

Why joining the COG?
COG members contribute to, and benefit from, the CARMONY project by:
- Providing expert feedback on project concepts, use cases, tools, and deliverables
- Contributing perspectives from practice and policy, ensuring real-world relevance
- Engaging in targeted consultations, workshops, and webinars
- Anticipating deployment, governance, and market challenges related to CCAM and traffic orchestration
- Enhancing visibility and networking with a European community of mobility innovators and decision-makers
Participation in the COG is non-commercial, non-binding, and free of charge.
Who should apply?
We welcome applications from individual experts and representatives of organisations with experience or interest in one or more of the following areas:
- Urban, regional, or national transport authorities
- Traffic management centres and infrastructure operators
- Mobility service providers (public and private)
- Automotive, CCAM, and digital mobility industry
- Policy makers, regulators, and public administrations
- Research organisations, universities, and think tanks
- Cities, regions, and networks active in smart and sustainable mobility
- Standardisation bodies, associations, and innovation platforms
Geographical diversity, gender balance, and cross-sectoral representation will be actively encouraged.
What is expected from COG members?
- Participate in selected online meetings, surveys, or consultations (typically 1–3 per year)
- Provide constructive feedback on CARMONY outputs relevant to their expertise
- Act as multipliers, helping disseminate project results within their professional networks
- Respect confidentiality and ethical principles where applicable
